DTFE – Do The F***ing Exercises

Analogous to the (profane) English expression RTFM (Read The F***ing Manual), my exhortation is DTFE: Do The F***ing Exercises. These are exercises in realms of perception which cannot be explained in terms of the conventional senses. Extended perception includes experiences made in physical proximity with others (but blindfolded, back to back, …) and also perception of events in remote places or even other times, which I call non-local perception.

To be very clear: The exercises I mean are not psychologically oriented exercises like affirmations (e.g. repeating “I love myself”), but exercises where you experience dimensions of perception beyond the accepted norm; and (very important) if possible corroborate any information thus gained.

Pure logical thinking cannot yield us any knowledge of the empirical world; all knowledge of reality starts from experience and ends in it. Propositions arrived at by purely logical means are completely empty as regards reality.

Albert Einstein, in his book ‘Ideas and Opinions’.
